We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your product is damaged.
In case of damaged product
If your item is damaged, we will be happy to help! Shipping costs (for returning the ordered item + resending the new item) will be borne by Next Chance.
Please contact us within 30 days of the date of your order so that your request can be processed. We will exchange or refund the damaged product when we have received the returned item. Note that, for exchanges, we will be able to replace the item with the same product if we still have it in stock. If not, we will contact you for exchange options of similar value or refund.
Procedure for requesting a return or exchange of a damaged product: :
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number (or reply to your order confirmation email)
2. 2. Explain the reason for your request by mentioning the product concerned and add a photo of the damaged product
3. Return instructions will be emailed to you.
Be sure to check the shipping information provided when confirming your order. Inform us quickly if a modification must be made for this order, taking care to send us the number of your order to be modified at email@example.com..
